Conditions for Return
- Return Window:
Returns will only be accepted if the product is shipped back to us within two (2) days of receiving the order. - Pre-Approval Required:
Before initiating a return, customers must contact our customer support to obtain approval and return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. - Unopened and Unused Products Only:
The returned product must be in its original, unopened packaging and completely unused.
Any consumed, tampered, or partially used items will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. - Quantity Verification:
The returned product must be of the exact quantity that was originally shipped. Any shortage or discrepancy in weight or volume will void the return eligibility. - Inspection Before Refund:
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received at our warehouse and its soundness and integrity are verified by our quality control team. - No Malpractice Tolerated:
Any attempt to return adulterated, substituted, or counterfeit products will be treated as malpractice and may result in a permanent ban from future purchases and/or legal action.
Legal Disputes
In the event of any dispute regarding a return or refund, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of thecourts located nearest to the registered office of G Gold Enterprises.
