All confirmed orders will be dispatched within two (2) working days from the date of order placement.
Non-working days include:
- Sundays
- National Holidays
- Local holidays observed at the office of Dusk N Dawn
Orders placed on non-working days will be processed on the next working day.
Kindly expect delivery within 14 days from the date of dispatch.
Shipping Method
Orders will be shipped using the transportation method chosen by the customer during checkout.
In the event the selected shipping service is unavailable or non-operational, Dusk N Dawn reserves the right to select an alternative and suitable logistics provider to ensure timely dispatch.

- Delays in delivery caused by the logistics provider, weather conditions, regulatory checks, or any other external factors
Tracking information may be limited or unavailable in some cases. We request our customers to exercise patience while awaiting delivery updates, as the seller may not always have real-time visibility of the package once it has left our facility.
