It didn't begin with tea. It began with a lifelong appreciation for exceptional spices.

OUR BEGINNING

Long before Dusk N Dawn was created, we spent years immersed in the world of spices. Our days were filled with exploring spice markets, working alongside farmers, evaluating harvests, and understanding how subtle differences in quality could completely transform flavour.

That journey taught us something invaluable: remarkable products are never created by chance. They begin with remarkable ingredients.

When the idea of Dusk N Dawn was born, we carried that same philosophy into every cup we set out to create.

The perfect blend isn't found overnight.

THE SEARCH

Creating a tea worthy of carrying our name meant starting from the very beginning.

We searched through the spice markets of the Western Ghats, comparing hundreds of ingredients, examining their aroma, freshness and character before selecting only those that met our standards.

Back in our workshop, every blend was refined through countless rounds of tasting and adjustment. Sometimes the smallest change made all the difference. Other times we started again from scratch.

Every blend you see today is the result of patience rather than shortcuts.

OUR BELIEF

We never wanted to build the largest collection.

Instead, we chose to build a collection we could truly stand behind.

Rather than chasing trends or introducing new flavours every season, we focus on continuously refining a carefully curated range of blends until every cup delivers the balance, warmth and consistency we believe it should.

It's a slower way of doing things—but we believe it's the right one.

Tea has always been about people.
